I was thrilled to be included in this year's #whatshadeareyou blog hop with RJR Fabrics. I made a beautiful blue and white quilt with their Cotton Supreme Solids. The color palette was inspired by my travels in Central Asia almost a decade ago. The design is an original paper patter based on a traditional Islamic geometric motif that features twelve-, eight- and six-pointed stars.
